What to Expect
Step 1 - Scheduling Your Consultation
The first step is scheduling a consultation with one of our wonderful Burien Wellness Doctors. At Burien Wellness, our goal is to find the cause behind any health challenge keeping your child, you or your family members from experiencing life at its fullest. After this step, many families report they feel excited and confident about care, because it’s the first time they’ve genuinely felt heard and have hope for navigating the challenges that brought them to us in the first place.
Step 2 - Scans and XRays
These tools give us a unique perspective on the function of your/your child’s central nervous system, using the incredible technology of INSiGHT Scans and Xrays. These will allow us to find, measure, and quantify how much stress and tension may be stuck in your/your child’s body and autonomic nervous system.
Step 3 - Report of Findings
During this visit, we get to sit down together to review exam findings, establish a personalized care plan, and have every single one of your questions and concerns answered. This is such an exciting visit for families, as they finally have a clear action plan to get their/their child’s health + healing back on track!

To accomplish this, we believe in helping you uncover and work on “symptomless” problems before they become big, noticeable problems, so you can make a significant
impact on your well-being with just a little bit of effort.
We’ve built our whole practice around this belief. Our family chiropractic office includes a suite designed for children’s check-ups and health adjustments. The technology we use to examine patients of all sizes is kid-friendly. We also provide a private and quiet room for nursing mothers, which is especially beneficial after infant adjustments.
What to expect
At Burien Wellness, our goal is to find the cause behind any health problems that are keeping you from experiencing life at its fullest.
On your first visit, we will do an overall health evaluation that may include x-rays and computerized nerve scans.
On the following visit, we will go over the results with you, then discuss a plan for you and your family to get started on your path to wellness.
If you choose to receive chiropractic care at our office, you and your family will attend our New Patient Workshop to learn
more about chiropractic health and how you can get the most out of your time with us.

New Patient Workshop
We want you to hold the reins when it comes to your health. At this workshop, we’ll give you and your family all the information you need to succeed as patients, make outstanding health decisions, and get the most out of your care. We find that the patients who have attended this workshop heal faster because they have a better grasp on this world of wellness.
Join us for our workshop Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm. Everyone is welcome! In fact, we highly encourage you to bring the whole family!
