Such a deserving 5 stars and after I saw a hilarious IG video I had to give this review. As soon as you walk in, you are guided through every step of your chiropractor care. Everyone is professional and also very friendly and genuinely seems happy to see you walk in. I feel like they genuinely want to improve your quality of life, and having the Tuesday night workshop solidifies that for me. The facility itself is clean and they have minimal deco. Even though you are being treated in an open area, I have no problem feeling comfortable. My son started seeing Dr. Collins when he was struggling with terrible sleep. He was experiencing night terrors, waking up screaming for one to two hours at a time. Nothing would calm him down. It was as if he was still asleep, but with his eyes open, screaming in fear. Then, just as suddenly, he would close his eyes and go back to sleep for the rest of the night. It was one of the oddest and most difficult experiences I have ever seen. I happened to mention it to Dr. Collins while he was treating another one of my children. He asked me to bring my son in. By that point, Dr. Collins had already been seeing several of my children for a couple of years for migraines, seizures, and even reflux and latching issues with my newborn, so I had complete trust in him and his team. I brought my son in, he was adjusted, and from that day forward he no longer had night terrors. I cannot explain the science behind how chiropractic care helped him, but I can tell you this: on the few occasions when too much time has passed without an adjustment, my son has actually asked to go in after experiencing a nightmare again. I do my best to keep regular appointments, but life happens, and sometimes more than two months go by. Those are the times when some of the old issues resurface, and we have needed to schedule an urgent appointment. My 11year old son and myself have been coming to Burien wellness since March and I am SO happy we came across this amazing place. I’ve been fighting upper shoulder pain for years and my son has ADHD and not medicated. I decided to try chiropractic for my son and the traction and adjustment has been helping a lot with his symptoms. As we all know kids start to feel better but we as parents also need healing. I decided to give it a chance to work my shoulder/ arm/ back pain. I was hesitate and doubtful at first I had faith. I now have been pain free for over 2 months now. I haven’t felt relief is years and I am incredibly thankful for the work Dr. Nathan, Dr. Aaron and Dr. Jordan have staff and done to help me. Working on my exercises at home too has helped my progress. I wanted to be pain free for once and knew I also had to put my part. I can continue with my CrossFit routine and work at my office desk without the constant pain I used to have. The best part is the dynamic of their office. Staff can watch your kiddos while getting adjusted so you can come to your appointment with your little ones. The doctors and staff are there to help you get better. They actually care and strive to give each and every one the best treatment. I will recommend Burien Wellness over and over because I am living pain free!
